Creating Your Dream
It has been a challenge for many to understand the innovative approach of bringing commercial technology to the residential sector. However, once we showcase our product and process, you will be amazed at the superiority of a LEGACY home vs. the average stick-built house
We are an ENERGY EFFICIENT POWERHOUSE. We build custom homes using pre-engineered, insulated, energy-efficient, steel-framed panels. This technology has been used for decades to build hospitals, hotels, office buildings, mixed-use apartment buildings and other commercial buildings throughout the USA.
UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES
No manufacturing or design limitations! If you can dream it, we can produce it! From custom homes, to hotels and mid-rise buildings, we do it all! With our panels, we've got you covered! From exterior and interior walls (including curved walls and openings!), to below grade walls, floors, and roofs.
SUSTAINABLE, SAFE, & HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT
With a life expectancy of 425 years, our panels are mold & mildew resistant, fire resistant (with low smoke and flame spread properties), are 100% recyclable, AND produced with recycled materials in a zero-waste facility
Our panels are not off-gassing, do not produce carcinogens, pathogens, or allergens, which results in a safer and healthier environment, especially for vulnerable, immune-compromised children and older adults.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Heating and cooling costs account for approximately 60% of the energy used in an average home. With an effective R-Value of up to R-61 and no thermal bridging, our insulated panels can reduce heating and cooling costs by up to 75% compared to a traditional wood-framed home and are well suited for Net-Zero and Passive House designs.
CONSTRUCTION EFFICIENCY
4-in-1 lightweight, true load-bearing panels reduce framing time by 50%, translating into significant labor & equipment cost savings. Your project will be delivered pre-cut, diagrammed, and labeled for quick assembly.
UNMATCHED STRENGTH
The strength of our homes - built with insulated steel panels - is second to none!
A LEGACY home, built with insulated, steel panels, provides no food for termites and other problematic insects.
Termites damage more than 600,000 homes and cause more than $5 billion in property damage each year! That’s more than fire, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes combined!
Wood and wood-based products are vulnerable to moisture, mold, and mildew. Our panels are made of steel and EPS insulation, making them resistant to fungi, mold and water damage.
Building without wood (or an insignificantly minimal amount) provides you with the best chance for a pest-free living environment. Plus, our panels’ strength certifications can provide savings on your homeowners’ insurance.
Live worry-free in a beautiful, new home built by LEGACY.

SUPERIOR INSULATION
The insulation of a home is often measured by its R-value.
R-value is how well a given material provides resistance to the flow of heat (per inch of thickness); a higher R-value means greater resistance to heat flow and greater effectiveness in insulation.
For example:
Concrete is porous, provides no protection from the elements, and a 4-inch slab has an R-value of less than one!
And, of the average insulation materials used in traditional wood-framed homes – fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam and rigid foam board – only rigid foam board insulation has the greatest R-value at just R-8!
But our insulated xPanels technology provides superior insulation performance, as high as R-61!
The result is significant, and the choice is obvious. Why would you go with anyone else when you can decrease the energy required to heat and cool your home by up to 75% with a home built by LEGACY?!
